Hello! I’m a mental health professional, but more importantly, I’m someone who walks alongside moms and caregivers as they navigate the beautiful, messy, and often overwhelming reality of raising human beings.
Whether you are a new mom trying to remember who you are outside of motherhood, a seasoned mom facing new phases, a single mom holding it all together, an adoptive mom, or a dedicated caregiver—I see you. The identity shifts, the unexpected anxiety, and the heavy moments of overwhelm that come with parenting are real, and you don’t have to carry them alone.
My background includes over seven years in child welfare, supporting foster youth and unaccompanied refugee minors. That experience taught me deeply about resilience, the diverse shapes of family, and the vital importance of trauma-informed care.
In our sessions, I weave this experience together with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you gently unpack painful or confusing moments, rebuild your inner grounding, and find your footing again. Therapy with me is warm, down-to-earth, and entirely collaborative. My absolute priority is to provide a soft, judgment-free space where you feel completely safe, deeply understood, and truly supported as we navigate life’s hardest moments together.
